Notes Client 6.0.1 Windows 2000


User clicked on Change Password button (File-Security-User Security) and Notes locked up. Warm booted, cold booted, same thing. She logs in to the PC (Windows 2000 SP3) and then starts Notes, nothing else. Log doesn't show anything abnormal, Windows event viewers don't either. Anyone heard of this?

P.S. Others can get do it just fine.
